      I want to book an appointment. How many people can I bring to ROKA?

      Great that you want to book an appointment with us! Due to Covid-19 restrictions, at present only a limited number of people can be in our store at the same time. We therefore ask that you bring no more than one other person with you.

      Can I just drop by without an appointment?

      Of course! You are always welcome. But at certain times of day, and especially weekends, we can be very busy. So booking an appointment in advance – without any obligation whatsoever – is highly recommended if you are looking for a wedding suit. For other items, no appointment is necessary. Booking is easy: you can do it here on our website or we are happy to assist you by phone. If you prefer to browse without an appointment, we advise you to do so on a weekday.

      Do you also supply tailor-made suits?

      Yes, certainly! In fact, we specialise in them. A tailor-made suit is ordered entirely in accordance with your wishes and assembled specially for you, so takes a while to produce. Expect a turnaround time of between six and eight weeks. It is also possible to try on and buy a premium suit from stock. This can be altered free of charge* by our in-house tailors at 24 points so that it fits you perfectly. (*Free alteration applies only to lengthening or shortening trouser legs and and/or jacket sleeves. More elaborate customisation is also possible, but may be subject to charges depending upon the work required.)

      When is the best time to visit?

      It is best to visit ROKA between two and nine months before your wedding. If you want to co-ordinate your choice with your partner, come as soon as their outfit has been chosen. But even if you leave it until closer to your big day, you are more than welcome. Because we have an extensive collection of more than 2000 suits in stock at each of our stores, in a wide range of price categories, you are sure to find the right one for you! So that we assist you properly, we advise that you first book an appointment with one of our trained personal specialists. That way you are assured of good advice during selection and fitting.

      What colour suits me?

      The colour of suit which looks best on you depends upon the colour of your eyes, hair and skin. So we cannot answer this question here. You will need to visit one of our stores, where you can try on a selection of suits to find out what colour and fit are right for you. Your partner’s choice of outfit, if you know it , also plays a role.

      My wedding is in just six weeks’ time. Can ROKA still help me?

      Of course! We have more than 2000 wedding suits in stock, so there is bound to be one for you. With the advantage that you can see straight away what you are buying, check the fit and know there and then that you are going to make an impression with your attire on your wedding day! And if any alterations are needed, our skilled tailors will make them in our own atelier.

      I already have a wedding suit, but need the accessories to go with it. Can I buy them separately?

      Of course! We specialise in everything the bridegroom needs on his wedding day, including a full range of accessories sold separately. Besides suits, we have an extensive collection of cravats , ties, waistcoats, shoes with matching belts, underwear, cufflinks and much more. If you are looking for any of these, we advise you to visit one of our stores on a weekday without booking an appointment.

      Do you have outfits for wedding guests as well?

      Certainly! ROKA has a great collection of suits for the male guests and we regularly have attractive special offers on these items. We can also advise you about their outfits and make suggestions for themes. For example, you might want the important male guests at your wedding to be dressed alike. Naturally, we can also create tailor-made suits for guests.

      After my wedding, I want to continue wearing my suit to parties or to work. Is that possible?

      Absolutely! Most of the suits in the ROKA collection are ones you will want to wear again after your wedding day. With different combinations of shirt, tie and shoes, you will be perfectly dressed for a variety of occasions.
